Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 18, 2026

Plain-English starting point. This page is a good-faith starting point written in language a normal person can follow. It is not legal advice. Before you rely on it for compliance (GDPR, CCPA, or anything else), please have a qualified attorney review and customize it for your specific situation.

The short version

ACC Network ("we," "us," or "the site") is a daily AI newsletter and learning community. We collect the smallest amount of information needed to send you the newsletter and run the site. We do not sell your data. You can unsubscribe or delete your account at any time.

What we collect

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect:

  • Your email address. Required to send you the newsletter.
  • Your name if you provide it. Optional, used to personalize the greeting.
  • Newsletter engagement data. Whether you opened an issue, which links you clicked. Used to make the newsletter better.

If you create an account or submit a profile to the builder directory, we also collect:

  • Profile details you choose to share: display name, bio, links, skills, profile picture.
  • Account credentials (email and a securely hashed password) used to sign you in.
  • Any content you post through the site, including projects you choose to display publicly.

We also collect basic, aggregated site analytics:

  • Anonymous page-view data from Vercel Analytics. We see things like "the homepage got 200 views today," not who you are.

How we use your information

  • To send you the newsletter you signed up for.
  • To run your account and show your profile in the builder directory if you joined it.
  • To respond to messages you send us.
  • To make the newsletter and the site better, based on aggregate engagement signals.
  • To comply with the law if we are legally required to.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your email with advertisers. We do not run third-party advertising on the site.

Third-party services we use

Like most modern websites, ACC Network is built on top of a handful of services. Each of them has its own privacy policy that governs the data we hand off to them:

  • MailerLite stores your newsletter subscription and sends each issue. See their privacy policy.
  • Supabase stores accounts, profile data, and user-generated content for the builder directory. See their privacy policy.
  • Vercel hosts the site and provides anonymous analytics. See their privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

We use the minimum cookies needed for the site to work, mainly to keep you signed in if you have an account. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics uses a privacy-respecting, cookie-free approach to count page views.

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in the footer of every issue, or by emailing us.
  • Edit or delete your profile from your account dashboard if you joined the builder directory.
  • Request a copy of your data by emailing us.
  • Ask us to delete your data by emailing us. We will delete your account and any associated data unless we are required to keep it by law.

Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law. If you would like to exercise those, just email us.

Children

ACC Network is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. For significant changes, we will also note them in an upcoming newsletter issue.
