Terms of Service

Last updated: May 18, 2026

Plain-English starting point. These terms are a good-faith starting point written in language a normal person can follow. They are not legal advice. Before relying on them, please have a qualified attorney review and customize them for your specific situation, including the governing law section.

The short version

By using ACC Network (the website, the newsletter, or the builder directory), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is provided as-is, without warranty. We can update these terms over time.

Who can use the service

You must be at least 13 years old to use ACC Network. By using the service, you confirm you are at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country, whichever is higher) and that any information you give us is accurate.

The newsletter

If you subscribe, we will send the daily ACC Network newsletter to the email address you give us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every issue, or by emailing us. The newsletter is free and we do not currently charge for it.

Newsletter content (articles, summaries, recommendations) is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We try to be accurate but we are not your financial, legal, or career advisor. Use your own judgment, and verify anything important before acting on it.

Accounts and profiles

If you create an account or submit a profile to the builder directory, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself.
  • Keep your password reasonably safe. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
  • Not impersonate anyone else or misrepresent your affiliation with a company or organization.
  • Not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

We may remove content or close accounts that violate these terms, at our reasonable discretion.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post to ACC Network (your profile, your projects, your bio, anything you submit). By posting it on the public parts of the site, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute it as part of running the service. You can remove your content at any time by editing or deleting your profile, after which the license ends, except for copies already cached or required to be retained by law.

Our content

The ACC Network name, logo, newsletter issues, blog posts, and site design are owned by ACC Network or used with permission. You are welcome to quote and share short excerpts with attribution, including links back to the original source. For anything more substantial (republishing, translation, training an AI model), please email us first.

Third-party links

ACC Network frequently links to tools, articles, courses, and other resources outside the site. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of those third-party sites. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACC Network and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00) or the amount you paid us in the last twelve months, whichever is greater.

Termination

You can stop using ACC Network at any time. You can delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, at our reasonable discretion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. For significant changes, we will also note them in an upcoming newsletter issue. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ACC Network operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction. Please ask your attorney to specify the exact state or country here before publishing.
