Your appointment address should not be a scavenger hunt.
Google's October 20 announcement brings Personal Intelligence to Gemini in Android Auto, using apps you choose to connect, including Gmail, Calendar, Photos and Maps. Its examples include finding an appointment address and checking flight details. Cars with Google built-in follow in the coming months. Eligible personal accounts must be 18 or older; business and school Workspace accounts are excluded, as are the EEA, Switzerland, the UK and Nigeria.
Why it matters Inspect settings while parked. Google says an existing Gemini Personal Intelligence opt-in carries into the car; otherwise apps stay disconnected until you opt in. You can turn personalization off without losing ordinary navigation, calls or music. Google's examples are not a guarantee every answer will be right, or a reason to handle your phone while driving.
